Wine Tasting in South Florida
Founded
in 2001, Carpe Vinum members meet throughout the year to have
wine tasting events
build appreciation and learn about unique and highly rated
wines. The tastings are paired with appropriate foods that
enhance the wine tasting experience. The groups goal is to
learn more about wine and wine producing regions around the
world. Our focus is on 90 point or higher rated wines
The
mission of our organization is to promote the knowledge and
appreciation of wine through organized wine tastings. Proceeds
from events fund a scholarship program at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary
Institute. Carpe Vinum is governed by the Board and assisted
by official representatives in each chapter.
Our
wine education group focuses on highly rates wines (90 points
or higher) for our wine tasting and appreciation dinner events.
We organize our wine tasting dinner events for people mainly
in the South Florida area including Miami, Fort Lauderdale and
Palm Beach. We look to recognized rating sources so that our
wine tasting dinner events highlight great wines at reasonable
prices.
